MOTIVATED BY IMPACT
I believe in meaningful positive change happening when we connect diverse people and their ideas, and we create sustainable communities for a more human world. The plurality of these initiatives isn’t scattered effort—it reflects a genuine commitment to enjoy diverstity and an understanding that varied perspectives create transformative possibilities.
I’m more motivated by impact than by money.
Building Communities TO EMPOWER YOUNG PEOPLE and WOMEN IN RURAL AREAS.
Igniting communities and understanding how people connect and grow, how they cocreate and learn together energizes me. This is what I tought for years in a Master’s Program => Meaningful change -magic- happens through human connection.

I’m one of the ideologist behind Cooperativa Castilla (STEM courses for kids in collaboration with UBU, AI workshops, urban cultural interventions like a street library…) where I contribute to create structures that enable collective growth and shared prosperity. This same spirit of empowerment led me to mentor emerging women business leaders taking part in The Break (European Community program to support female entrepreneurship and local communities). Or to organize the world’s first WordPress Campus Connect, in Ribera del Duero.
I believe that impact multiplies through meaningful learning so I conduct cocreation workshops to inspire young minds to collaborate rather than compete. La Selva de Leones podcast takes this further—children aged 9 to 14 explain books they’ve read and interview others, building confidence and communication skills while fostering a love for literature.
Research and CREATIVITY, REsearch in creativity
I’m happy as pig in mud being a researcher (academia or google scholar) about how technology transforms human creation and allowd for collaboration. This is what my work “#poetweets: narrativa y netmodernidad” was about. My PhD thesis, “Participación horizontal y abierta en la red: cocreación en racimos“, explored from there investigating collaborative creation in digital spaces and postulate a model to explain attractors for cooperation both in artistic or work efforts.
I love research, but I also need practicing this creativity… or better, co-creativity!
Poetry and literature have been lifelong passions. I’ve been president of Tertulia Telira in Aranda de Duero, and I’ve curated and, or, published several books (example), released a good number of visual poetry works in social networks -no longer in SSNN-, or co-created Sistoles.com with Paco Santamaría.

cultural diversity
I make my contribution to cultural diversity by taking part in a good number of cultural expressions (one of my fav. is being judge in the Spanish sheep shearing Championship). I also document my view of Spain and Portugal ideosincrasy using pictures in Iberia Profunda or in Campos de Castilla Tumbleblog which weaves Machado’s poetry with photographs of Castilian countryside around Ribera del Duero, creating a dialogue between literary heritage and contemporary visual storytelling. I also love capturing traditional wine cellars in a live repository.
Well-being and Sustainable Living
For impact to be truly sustainable, it has to start with personal sustainability, and in our fast-paced world I find clarity in exploring and sharing ideas about work–life balance and mindfulness.
I believe in working where you want to live, not living wherever you happen to find a job. Remote work has enabled that choice… and I have become evangelist 😀 in talks, workshops and helping companies in their transition.

We live in a fantastic yet fragile planet and I try to be intentional about its preservation: I take part in planting trees actions with la Coope or translated to Spanish The Week Project with Jesús. Jesus is a fantastic pal that ideated and engaged in creating and maintaining a positive impact coworking space you should experience in Aranda.
